Party Bus Rentals in Orange: Search & Save
Partybusorange.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, dispatch trips, or take bookings. It is a quote-comparison website — one quick form, and you see vehicles, pricing, and options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Orange and all of Orange County.
Instead of calling six companies, describing your trip each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite match up — you fill out one form and compare everything side by side. That is the whole point.
Partybusorange.com covers every trip type and every group size coming out of Orange. Getting 45 employees to a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center? There is a vehicle for that.
Taking 14 people out for a bachelorette crawl through Old Towne Orange? There is a vehicle for that, too. The full vehicle lineup runs from 14-passenger Sprinter limos all the way to 56-passenger charter buses, and you can get pricing for your specific date and headcount in under a minute.
Call 657-822-1910 any time — the line is available every day of the year.
Orange Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Orange
Party buses in the network typically come with color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the kind of setup that makes the ride itself part of the event. If the priority is comfort over atmosphere, a minibus is a natural fit for corporate shuttles and wedding guest loops, with reclining seats and strong climate control for hot Orange County afternoons. For longer hauls — say, a run from Orange down to San Diego or up to Los Angeles — a charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so nobody is watching the clock for the next rest stop.
Amenities vary by vehicle and company, and the quote tool surfaces exactly what each option includes so you can compare before you commit.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 657-822-1910 before booking.
See Orange Party Bus Rental Prices
Party bus prices in Orange generally run $200–$450 per hour depending on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how much lead time you have. A 25-passenger party bus might run $250–$375 per hour on a weekend, while a 56-passenger charter bus typically falls in the $200–$350 per hour range for a day of corporate shuttle runs. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos generally start at $200 per hour on weekdays.
Your final price moves with your date, your hours, and how quickly you book — peak weekends around Disneyland events, the OC Fair, and prom season drive rates up fast.

Match Your Group to the Right Orange Party Bus
Orange sits right at the center of one of the most event-dense corridors in Southern California — Angel Stadium, the Honda Center, Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and the OC Fair are all within 10 miles, and the 5, 22, and 57 freeways converge just north of downtown. On any given weekend, those roads are packed, stadium lots charge $25–$50 per car, and post-event rideshare demand spikes to the point where a group of 20 can wait 45 minutes for enough cars. A bus changes the entire math.
Partybusorange.com makes finding the right bus the easy part. You are not limited to a single fleet — the network pulls in independently owned companies serving Orange County, so you can compare vehicle types, amenity packages, and rates in one place without calling around. No account required.
No pressure. A free quote takes about a minute online or over the phone at 657-822-1910, available every day. Once you find what fits, booking is straightforward — and a support team is available to walk through any question about vehicle size, pickup logistics, or how multi-stop itineraries work.
Orange Party Bus Services
From airport transfers at John Wayne to bachelorette nights through Old Towne, Orange group transportation comes in every shape. Pick the trip type below that matches your event — each section has the local logistics you actually need to plan it right. Not sure where to start?
Call 657-822-1910 and talk it through.

Orange Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Wayne Airport (SNA) (18601 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707) sits about 8 miles south of downtown Orange on the 405 — close enough that groups heading out of Orange almost always use SNA over LAX. The airport's official ground transportation page places commercial vehicle staging in the designated arrivals curb zones on the lower level. Gather your full group and collect all bags before contacting the bus — loading at SNA's curbside moves fast and commercial vehicles cannot wait indefinitely in the arrivals lane.
For groups flying into LAX instead, the 40-mile run north on the 405 is a known time sink — budget 60–90 minutes each way on a weekday afternoon, more on a Friday. A charter bus or minibus for SNA or LAX airport transfers keeps the whole group on one arrival plan and drops at the curb. See the full John Wayne Airport shuttle guide for more on how the pickup process works.
Call 657-822-1910 to set up your Orange airport transfer today.

Orange Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Towne Orange is one of the best-kept secrets in the county for a night out — the Historic District around the plaza at Chapman and Glassell is walkable, dense with wine bars, craft cocktail spots, and live music venues, and it does not have the parking circus that comes with a night on Anaheim's Resort District strip. Bachelorette groups love hitting Proof Baking and Wine, Filling Station, and the wine bars along Glassell Street before heading up to Anaheim or Santa Ana for a late-night club run. The problem: those three trips are 20 minutes apart, and nobody wants to coordinate Ubers at 1am.
An Orange bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group on the same bus — LED lights up, music on, no one navigating the 22 at midnight. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the natural fit for most bachelorette groups. Weekend rates run $250–$375 per hour; call 657-822-1910 to check availability on your date.

Orange Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Orange County has a deep tradition of quinceañera celebrations, and an arriving party bus is one of the most memorable entrances a quinceañera honoree can make. Reception venues like The Nixon Library (18001 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886) and private banquet halls throughout Orange, Anaheim, and Garden Grove are popular for both quinceañeras and Sweet 16s, and coordinating guest transportation from scattered pickup points across the county is exactly where a minibus earns its keep.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th heading to a rooftop in Irvine, a 40th with dinner and a show in downtown LA — an Orange birthday party bus rental covers the full night without anyone watching their ride-share app. Party buses in the 15- to 40-passenger range are the most popular picks, and the quote tool will surface options and pricing for your specific headcount in about a minute. Call 657-822-1910 to get started.

Orange Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) is the closest major concert venue to Orange — about 4 miles northwest via the 57 — and it fills up to 18,900 seats for touring headliners throughout the year. On sold-out nights, Katella Avenue backs up for a mile in both directions after the show, and the nearest rideshare staging area puts passengers a 10-minute walk from the arena entrance. A bus rental for Honda Center concerts drops your group at the venue entrance and handles the post-show exit without anyone standing in a rideshare queue at midnight.
See the Honda Center group transportation guide for drop-off specifics.
Angel Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) also hosts stadium-scale concerts, and the Angel Stadium bus rental guide covers the approach roads and bus parking in detail. Call 657-822-1910 for a quick quote on either venue.

Orange Corporate Event Transportation
The Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802) is the largest convention center on the West Coast and sits about 5 miles from downtown Orange on the 5. Major conventions like Natural Products Expo West draw 65,000+ attendees and fill every hotel within a 3-mile radius — at which point shuttling employees and clients between hotel blocks and the convention floor becomes its own logistics puzzle. A corporate charter bus out of Orange solves that cleanly: consistent pickup windows, no parking cost ($15–$25 a day in convention center structures), and everyone arrives together instead of in waves.
For smaller executive transfers — board meetings in Irvine, client dinners in Newport Beach — a Sprinter Van Rental with Driver keeps the group comfortable without the footprint of a full coach. Call 657-822-1910 to set up shuttle contracts or one-time group runs.

Orange Private Event Transportation Services
The OC Fair runs every summer from mid-July through mid-August at the OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) — about 12 miles from Orange via the 55. On peak weekends, the 55 South slows to a crawl by late morning, and the closest surface lots fill by noon. Fair parking costs $12–$20 per vehicle depending on the day, and the walk from the farthest remote lot to the gate runs 15 minutes.
A bus from Orange drops the group at the Fair entrance and picks up at the end of the night, no parking math required. See the OC Fair group transportation guide for current lot and drop-off details.
For larger private events — family reunions, church retreats, multi-day group outings — a private event charter bus out of Orange handles any itinerary. Call 657-822-1910 to build a custom package around your date and headcount.

Orange Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Orange Unified School District covers some of the largest high schools in Orange County — El Modena, Villa Park, Canyon, and Orange high schools all run proms and homecomings within a tight spring window (late April through May), and that single window drives the biggest demand spike of the year for party bus rentals across the county. Buses that are easy to find in March become genuinely difficult to lock down in April. For prom: book by January to secure the vehicle and the rate you want.
Waiting until spring almost always means fewer options and higher pricing — the difference between a December booking and an April booking can easily run $300–$500 on a comparable package.
Partybusorange.com makes it simple to compare vehicle types and pricing right now, so your group can lock it in early. Call 657-822-1910 or use the online form — no account needed, free quote in about a minute. More detail on the booking window is on the Orange prom party bus rental page.

Orange School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Orange Unified covers a wide district footprint, and coordinating field trip transportation across multiple campuses — especially for elementary groups headed to the Discovery Cube Orange County (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705) or the Bowers Museum (2002 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92706) — is significantly easier on a charter bus than in a caravan of parent cars. Both venues are less than 10 miles from most Orange schools, and both have designated bus drop-off areas that keep large groups out of general parking traffic.
For student-athletes traveling to away meets or tournaments, or band and choir groups heading to festival competitions, an Orange school event charter bus keeps the whole group together and leaves the driving to the vehicle. ADA-accessible options are available — mention it when requesting your quote. Call 657-822-1910 to check availability for your school's dates.

Orange Sporting Event Transportation
Angel Stadium of Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) sits 4 miles from downtown Orange and draws more than 3 million fans across an Angels season. Stadium parking runs $15–$25 per car depending on the lot, and the preferred lots along Gene Autry Way fill 90 minutes before first pitch on a weekend game. Post-game, the 57 North and the 5 interchange back up immediately — groups in private vehicles can sit 30–45 minutes just reaching the freeway.
A bus from Orange drops the group at the stadium entrance and stages in a commercial vehicle area while the game runs, so the exit is already handled when the ninth inning ends. See the Angel Stadium bus rental guide for current drop-off and parking specifics.
Honda Center hosts the Anaheim Ducks on a schedule that overlaps with the Angels late-summer calendar, meaning some weekends both venues are active simultaneously — which makes the Katella and State College intersection one of the worst traffic knots in Anaheim. An Orange sporting event party bus rental sidesteps all of it. Call 657-822-1910.

Orange Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Orange has some genuinely stunning wedding venues — The Nixon Presidential Library & Museum in nearby Yorba Linda, Tivoli Too in Laguna Hills, and several private estate venues tucked into the hills above Villa Park and North Orange. What most of these share: limited on-site guest parking and a location that requires navigating surface streets at night. Asking 80 guests to find their own way from a Marriott in Anaheim to a hilltop estate in Orange at 5pm on a Saturday is a real coordination problem.
An Orange wedding shuttle service solves it with a clean hotel-to-venue-to-hotel loop — no one drives, no one gets lost on Chapman Avenue after the reception. A minibus handles guest shuttles beautifully, and a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right call for the wedding party itself. Call 657-822-1910 to put together a wedding day transportation package.

Orange Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Wine Country is about 55 miles southeast of Orange on the 91 and the 15 — close enough for a comfortable day trip, far enough that someone has to be the designated driver if you're going at it solo. The Temecula Valley AVA has more than 40 bonded wineries, and most charge $20–$35 per person for tastings. Groups that arrive by bus move venue to venue on their own schedule without anyone doing mental math about the drive home on the 91 at 6pm.
Closer to home, Old Towne Orange's walkable wine bar and craft brewery circuit — Filling Station, Proof, and several spots along the Glassell corridor — makes for a tight, easy pub crawl itinerary that a 15- to 25-passenger party bus handles in a few hours. An Orange winery tour bus rental covers both scenarios. Call 657-822-1910 to compare vehicle options for your date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Orange Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusorange.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Orange, California?
Party bus rental prices in Orange generally range from $200–$450 per hour, depending on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how far out you book. A smaller 15-passenger party bus might run $200–$350 per hour on a weekday; a 50-passenger party bus on a peak Saturday can reach $325–$500 per hour. Charter buses and minibuses typically run $200–$350 per hour and tend to be more consistent across weekdays and weekends.
Per-day packages vary by vehicle — a Sprinter limo runs roughly $1,550–$3,150 per day, while a charter bus day-rate generally falls between $1,350–$2,850. These are planning ranges, not guarantees. Your exact price depends on your date, hours, and headcount.
Fill out the online form or call 657-822-1910 and you could have actual pricing for your trip in about a minute.
What is Partybusorange.com?
Partybusorange.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company, does not own vehicles, and does not provide transportation directly. It connects people planning group trips in Orange and Orange County with independently owned transportation companies so they can compare vehicles and pricing in one place — instead of calling multiple companies and waiting on callbacks.
The process is fast, free, and requires no account.
What vehicle size does my group need?
A good starting point: count your confirmed headcount, then pick the vehicle size one tier up. Groups of 10–14 often fit a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo comfortably. Groups of 15–25 typically use a party bus or minibus.
Groups of 30–40 step into larger party buses. Groups of 40–56 move to a charter bus. For multi-stop itineraries with luggage — airport runs, multi-day trips, convention shuttles — a charter bus with undercarriage storage bays is usually the practical call regardless of headcount.
If you are unsure, call 657-822-1910 and the support team can help match vehicle size to your itinerary.
Can I book a one-way trip, or do I need a round-trip?
Both options are available through the network. One-way trips — a single airport drop-off, a one-direction wedding shuttle from hotel to venue — are straightforward to request. Round-trips and multi-stop itineraries (a pub crawl with four stops, a wedding day that runs ceremony to reception to hotel) are also common and can be built into a single package.
When you fill out the form or call 657-822-1910, describe the full itinerary including all stops and your preferred timing, and the quote will reflect the actual route.
Where does a charter bus park at Disneyland Resort?
Disneyland Resort (1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802) has a dedicated bus and motorcoach drop-off and pickup area on Magic Way, just off Disneyland Drive. Buses do not park inside the main guest structure — they use a designated commercial vehicle staging area. After drop-off, the bus exits and returns at your agreed pickup time rather than waiting on-site.
The walk from the Magic Way drop-off point to the park entrance is a few minutes. Review current commercial vehicle procedures on the official Disneyland Resort directions page before your visit, as access details can change around peak seasons. The Disneyland Resort group transportation guide covers the logistics in more detail.
Is there parking for buses at the Honda Center?
Honda Center designates commercial vehicle drop-off and pickup on Douglas Road on the arena's east side. Buses do not park in the standard guest lots — they drop passengers, exit, and return at a pre-arranged time. This is actually an advantage: your group gets deposited at the entrance and picked up at the same point, without anyone crossing a packed surface lot on foot.
Post-event, Katella Avenue westbound toward the 5 is the biggest choke point — plan your pickup window for 20–30 minutes after the final song to let the initial wave of cars exit first. The Honda Center charter bus guide has full drop-off detail.
How far in advance should I book?
For most standard weekend events — a birthday night out, a wedding shuttle, a Ducks or Angels game — booking 4–8 weeks out gives you solid selection and pricing. For high-demand dates, the window shrinks fast. Prom season (late April through May) is the tightest window in Orange County — availability at the vehicle type and size your group wants can disappear by February.
OC Fair weekends (mid-July through mid-August) and major Disneyland events (opening weekends of new attractions, holiday overlay launches) also drive spikes. If your event falls anywhere near those dates, booking 3–6 months out is not overcautious — it is standard practice. Call 657-822-1910 to check what is available on your date right now.
Popular Orange Party Bus Destinations
Angel Stadium, Disneyland, the Honda Center, and Old Towne Orange are among the most common destinations groups book transportation to from Orange — but the network covers anywhere in the region. If your destination is not listed below, call 657-822-1910 and Partybusorange.com can find a bus for any location across Orange County and Southern California.

Angel Stadium of Anaheim
Angel Stadium of Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) has held the Los Angeles Angels since 1966 and seats just over 45,000. It sits 4 miles from downtown Orange, roughly 10 minutes on the 57 North — until game day, when preferred lots along Gene Autry Way fill up 90 minutes before first pitch and parking costs $15–$25 per vehicle depending on the lot. The post-game 57/5 interchange backs up immediately after the final out.
Commercial bus drop-off uses the stadium's designated vehicle zones; the full Angel Stadium bus rental guide covers current approach roads and staging details. An Orange charter bus rental drops the group at the gate and picks up after the ninth — no lot, no traffic math, no walking.

Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Resort (1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802) draws nearly 30 million visitors a year across both theme parks and sits about 5 miles northwest of downtown Orange. On peak days — summer weekends, spring break, the holiday overlay season from November through January — Harbor Boulevard and Disneyland Drive back up well before park opening. The Mickey & Friends parking structure charges $40 per day for standard vehicles; a bus brings 40+ people for one flat package rate, which dramatically changes the per-person math.
Commercial drop-off uses the Magic Way bus lane off Disneyland Drive, steps from the resort entrance. See the Disneyland Resort group transportation guide for current commercial access details. Call 657-822-1910 to check availability — holiday and peak-season dates book out fast.
Address: 1313 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802 | Phone: (714) 781-4636

Honda Center
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) hosts the Anaheim Ducks, plus a packed concert calendar that brings in arena-level touring acts year-round — Metallica, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé have all sold out this arena, which seats up to 18,900 for concerts. Surface lot parking around the arena fills fast on concert nights, and the post-show Katella Avenue westbound crawl is well known to anyone who has left a show at 11pm. Commercial bus drop-off is on Douglas Road on the arena's east side — a short walk to the main entrance — with the bus exiting and returning at a pre-arranged pickup window.
See the Honda Center bus rental guide for current drop-off and pickup logistics. Call 657-822-1910 for a quick quote on your concert date.

Old Towne Orange Historic District
Old Towne Orange is one of the largest historic districts in California — a one-mile-radius circle of antique shops, wine bars, craft beer spots, and farm-to-table restaurants centered on the round plaza at Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street. On Friday and Saturday nights, street parking in the district fills by 7pm, and the residential side streets around the plaza are permit-only after dark. For a group bar crawl — Filling Station, Proof Baking and Wine, and Watson's Soda Fountain are popular anchors — a party bus makes far more sense than six separate cars hunting for parking between every stop.
Drop-off at the plaza circle puts the group in the center of the district; the bus stages nearby and returns at your call. It is also a popular starting or ending point for bachelorette and birthday itineraries that extend into Anaheim or Santa Ana later in the evening.
Address: Plaza at Chapman Ave & Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866

OC Fair & Event Center
The OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) runs one of the largest county fairs in the country every summer — mid-July through mid-August — drawing 1.4 million visitors across the run. It is about 12 miles from Orange via the 55 South, a drive that looks easy on a Tuesday and becomes a serious headache on a Saturday when fairgoers and beach traffic share the same corridor. Surface lots on site charge $12–$20 per vehicle; the farthest remote lots put guests a 15-minute walk from the main gate.
On peak Fridays and Saturdays, those lots hit capacity before noon. A bus drops the group at the Fair entrance and picks up at the end of the night — no parking fee, no lot search, no post-fair trudge back to the car. See the OC Fair group transportation guide for current drop-off access details.
Address: 88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 | Phone: (714) 708-1500

Anaheim Convention Center
The Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802) is the largest convention facility on the West Coast, with over 1.8 million square feet of event space. It anchors some of the biggest conventions in the country — Natural Products Expo West, WonderCon, and D23 Expo all run here, collectively drawing tens of thousands of attendees. Convention center parking structures on Katella and Harbor charge $15–$25 per day, and on sold-out convention days they hit capacity before 9am.
For corporate groups shuttling between Anaheim-area hotels and the convention floor, a charter bus or minibus rental from Orange replaces a parade of individual cars with one reliable, repeatable shuttle loop. Bus drop-off uses designated commercial vehicle lanes on Katella Avenue. Call 657-822-1910 to set up a multi-day convention shuttle package.
See the Anaheim Convention Center bus rental guide for logistics detail.
